This spring I am honored to be performing in Amy Lambert's newest work for her company RicketySticks Dance Theater. The piece explores the intersection of tragedy and comedy, delving into themes of sacrifice, ritual, loneliness, and community. It's funny. It's theatrical. It's tender. It's fun. Northwest Folklife Festival
Memorial Day Weekend, I will perform with Vela Luka Croatian Dance Ensemble. Northwest Folklife is one of the longest running folk arts festivals around. Hosted for free at Seattle Center, programming includes performances by a variety of dance and music groups. Food, vendors and historical exhibits are also available. It runs all weekend. Come and enjoy with me!
