As we move through the seasons of the year the Equinox and Solstices provide significant markers in the light. This simple shift has profound impact on the Earth. Everything from the smallest living cell to the erosion of mountain ranges is affected by the relationship between Earth and Sun.
Throughout the year we celebrate these pivotal moments by reconnecting with nature in the environment around us and within us through expressive arts. At times the demands of daily life can rob us of our inspiration and opportunities to connect. By dancing, drawing and writing in community we take pause to reorient and remember what makes our life blood pump.

In December, Erica Badgeley and I will perform live the duet she created in collaboration with Costume Designer and Visual Artist Margaret Chodos-Irvine as a part of BASE’s 12 Minutes Max series. Originally a film, the piece is a meditation on how relationships intwine and unravel across generations. This will be my first time performing on stage since 2019 and I couldn’t be more thrilled. December 4th @ 5pm, December 5th @ 7pm, Livestream available
