Balancing Light and Dark: An Equinox Expressive Arts Workshop
The equinox is a time of transition when the day and the night are in balance. In this two hour outdoor workshop we will take the time to reflect on our light and befriend our shadows as we head into the darker half of the year. With a focus on play, we will use dance, drawing and creative writing to identify sources of support as well as places of challenge in our lives to then create specific intentions for how to work with them through the fall. Nature will be our guide for understanding transition, harmony, and adaptation. Reinvigorate your inspiration for the autumn by dancing outside with a community of nature loving creatives.

The Wild Body: A Solstice Expressive Arts Intensive
Sometimes, we feel utterly disconnected from the things, people, inspirations that make our blood pump. This robs us of our energy and motivation. What we need to do is reconnect with our deepest, wildest self, and desires. The darkest days of the year are great days to do it. In 2, three hour workshops you will create images, movements, and mantras to help regulate your nervous system and keep you in touch with your desire. Connect with the power of nature in your own body by turning inwards towards your infinite potential and expressing it through art. Reconnect with your creativity to feel the life blood in your veins.
